It has a\nwedge-shaped thread indentation in the sole, allowing satin stitches to pass under\nthe foot evenly without being pressed flat or building up and inhibiting the\nfeed. Because the indentation in the sole is wider at the back of the foot, it\naids in turning corners and stitching smooth curves; this is particularly\nhelpful when sewing around applique shapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horizontal\nred marks on each side of the foot indicate the location of the needle and the\nvertical red mark on the front of the foot indicates the center of the foot\nalso the needle center position. Look how adorable this\nlion is! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s\nhard to tell, but the lion\u2019s mane is a fringe technique that is something new\nfor our Kimberbell class. Think of all the fun projects you can make using this\ndesign. In the class you will construct a baby bib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou are interested in taking February\u2019s class, come down to the store to sign\nup. Payment is required in advance. The fee is $25 for the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\ndoes the fee cover? Your monthly fee covers your kit. Your kit will include\nyour fabrics and stabilizers to complete the project. Of course you will\nreceive to digital file and PDF directions for that project. We now email you\nyour digital embroidery file and directions. We do display the direction on our\nprojector for you to view during class. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can always find our monthly project displayed in the store and our Facebook<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Store Classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Did\nyou know we advertise some of classes in the Moses Lake Parks and Recreations\ncatalog? Yep, we do! You may even pay for those classes that are in their book\non their website and come to class in our store!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nalways put in our levels of sewing and quilting in their book every season. Not\nonly do offer those, but we do put out fun ones to go with the season or\nHolidays happening those months. Right now we are working on our spring classes\nfor them to publish soon. Any one of our classes will tell you the age\nrestrictions, fee, times, dates and project contents.&nbsp; Just like any other classes we offer, we\noffer machine rentals as well. These machine rentals are a first come first\nserve basis. We strongly suggest you calling us before signing up to make sure\nwe have one available for during your time frame you are wanting.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides\nus publishing classes in the Parks and Recreation book, we do offer classes\noutside of that, which is always held in our store. You may find a list of\nthese classes on our website, Facebook, Facebook events, Newsletter or even in\nour store on our chalk board calendar by the front door. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All our classes must be paid in advance to the class date and in full before class starts. Most of our classes are a kit class, meaning a kit will be made when payment is received for your class, or supplies for you that may needed for that class is ordered for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Mastery Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may notice on Fridays the time frame is different than the past. We now have split our Fridays into two sessions due to a high demand of Friday classes. When signing up for your Friday class, please let us know which session you would like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bernina Tool Box Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NEW CLASS!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We now offer classes\non the Bernina tool box software. Did you purchase the tool box, or receive it\nwith your machine purchase and not sure how to use it? This class is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will start at the basic\u2019s during this class on the 13<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bernina V8 Software Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert is teaching you how to edit using the knife during this class. Please make sure your laptop or tablet is updated before coming to class. Remember to bring a notebook and pencil for taking notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Sewing &amp; Quilting Levels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reminder that our beginning levels of sewing and quilting are always on going. Every Thursday between 1pm-6pm, for any 2hr time slot that fits your schedule. To sign up for these levels you need to pay through Moses lake Parks and Rec. You pay in the office or online.
